I am not sure who owns it but whoever is doesn’t seem to be doing anything with it. Somebody must still be paying property taxes on it though, otherwise the Town of Caledon would have probably seized the land of auction.

Depending on how far down Airport road it is (south of Caledon East) it’s most likely a property that a developer bought for sepculation.

Yes it was finally torn down about a month or two ago.
The land is still vacant though, no signs of any new development or sale of the property.

I actually live on the street thats not even 2 minutes away from this home and i have lived there my whole life and my uncle actually use to have a friend that lived in that home. They did believe it was haunted as there was strange chain sounds in the basements flying plates many mysterious weird things. My uncle was just a boy then though so it has been over 20 yrs that it has been abandoned and when my uncles friend lived there they had scientists come in and it was haunted that the family did have to move out. The barn that is in the back of the house is haunted as well and has not been taken down. Joan is correct is has been taken down and they have no new thingsa going up there. There might be some activity just on the grounds. I have not tryed to figure it out but if u do please let me know.

I also grew up about 30 sec north of that house. I was friends with 2 different families that had lived in there. I actually spent a lot of time in there during the late 80’s/ early 90’s. I’m very curious as to what happened with it, and what the story is with the abandoned turkey farm. Perhaps I knew your uncle Shea….
