Yes that’s exactly what it looks like, Beer Can (in the Butt) Chicken. If you have never heard of it before you may be thinking why would you cook a chicken in this manner? The reason being is that makes scrumptiously delicious chicken that’s full of flavor and plenty of moisture. Most commonly made on BBQ, there is plenty of receipts on Google. You can also make in the oven, which is a better option during winter time. We tried the oven recipe with a can of Sleeman Ale, however you can use any beer you like. It turned out most excellent, the chicken was very juicy and tasty. Give it try if you are feeling adventurous.

Currently tucked away one street east on Chapel Street Baffo’s will be moving to the main street where the Billiards/Pool Hall used to be. The new location will have a much larger space for the restaurant and a patio for the summer. Baffo’s expects to transition over to the new location sometime in December.

Baffo’s Pizza is still currently at 31 Chapel St, Bolton, Ontario and can be reached at (905) 857-3444. They have great service and I highly recommend their pizza, you can take a look at their menu by clicking here (pdf).

Cora’s is a fast growing chain of breakfast/brunch restaurants that offers a bit of a unique take on breakfast offering more healthy dishes, they accomplish this by giving you more fruit with your standard bacon and eggs as well they offer a number of fruit smoothies. For the full menu check out their website. Be warned though like all other Cora’s the Bolton location is already extremely popular so be prepared to wait a bit to get in and be served. The Cora’s in Bolton is located in the same plaza as the new Home Depot.
